Mixez les tomates et les piments scotch bonnet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une pur\u00e9e lisse. Chauffez de l\u2019huile dans une casserole, ajoutez les oignons et faites-les revenir pendant 3 minutes. Incorporez le concentr\u00e9 de tomate et laissez cuire encore 5 minutes.<\/p><p><strong>Ajouter les tomates :<\/strong><br \/>3. Versez la pur\u00e9e de tomates dans la casserole, ajoutez le thym, l\u2019ail, le sel et le poivre. Laissez mijoter pendant 15-20 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le rago\u00fbt \u00e9paississe et que l\u2019huile remonte \u00e0 la surface.<\/p><p><strong>Cuire le poisson :<\/strong><br \/>4. D\u00e9posez d\u00e9licatement les filets de tilapia dans le rago\u00fbt et laissez mijoter pendant 10 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poisson soit bien cuit et impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 des saveurs du rago\u00fbt.<\/p><p><strong>Servir :<\/strong><br \/>5.
