Set aside.<\/p><p>Prepare the Soup:<br \/>In a large pot, bring about 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the peppersoup spice, crayfish, scotch bonnet, and remaining onions. Stir and let it simmer for 10 minutes.<\/p><p>Cook the Fish:<br \/>Add the tilapia pieces and garlic to the pot. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked and tender.<\/p><p>Finish:<br \/>Add chopped basil or scent leaves, adjust seasoning, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
