Drain and set aside.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li>Prepare the Stew: <br \/>Blend tomatoes and scotch bonnet peppers until smooth. Heat oil in a pot, add onions, and saut\u00e9 for 3 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li>Add Tomatoes: <br \/>Pour the blended tomatoes into the pot, add thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
